What is the Family Consumption Package?

Right now, let’s talk about the Family Consumption Package or what is better known as FP.

With just an initial investment of RM 7,500, you get your first FP account and it automatically includes 7500 ePoints (EP) and 7 accounts. (We’ve made it easy for you to join us as you can pay either direct bank-in or via a series of 12 installments, totally interest-free using your credit card.)

With these ePoints, you can exchange for RM7,500 worth of Easy Pha-max products at any of our stores nationwide. For a complete listing of our family, health and household products, please see:

Once you introduce the first member into MEP within the first month, you get an additional 3750 ePoints. In this same first month, if you introduce a second member into MEP, you get an additional 7500 ePoints.

The important thing to note is that once you have recruited 2 members into MEP in your first 30 days, you can start getting 3750 ePoints for every other member you subsequently recruit into MEP.

More importantly, even though you’ve signed up for FP, you can still enjoy the benefits of the Personal Consumption Package (PCP) which you’ve signed up for earlier. This means for every member under you which gets another member into MEP, you will earn RM100. Plus for every pairing which happens between Group 1 and Group 2, you will get RM800.

And the best part is, as the Main Account Holder, you get RM30,000 Jackpot Cash Bonus once you have 15 sets of FP within 6 periods or 3 months (1 month is divided into 2 periods).

Remember you have 7 automatic accounts when you signed up for FP? These Account Holders will each get RM30,000 plus pairing bonus (RM800 each time) whenever you achieve your 15 sets in 3 months. What this means is, as your friends/Account Holders help you get what you want, they get what they want too! Isn’t it a fantastic way to grow wealthy together?

As the Main Account Holder, you could be earning RM57,250 easily!

Joining us is made even easier with 3 packages where you can earn bonus points as well as gain extra income! It’s one of the easiest ways to become an independent income earner cum entrepreneur.

In this industrialized age of pollution, toxins are all around us and we are breathing them and eating them every day. All these toxins can build up in your body resulting in loss of energy, premature aging and illness which is why it’s critical to study the different ways to detoxify the body in order for you to regain your health and vitality.

Your body actually has a natural detoxification system which includes the skin, the kidneys, the liver and the colon. When you are younger, and less toxins have built up in your body, it works pretty good at getting out everything that you ingest. But as you age, it simply can’t keep up with all the toxins we are exposed to. What ends up happening is these toxins build up in the body causing all kinds of illness and making you feel sluggish, lackluster and tired.

Luckily, you can get rid of the toxins and regain your vitality by going on a simple detox program. Now, there are quite a few ways to detoxify the body, many of which include herbal concoctions that you take either as a drink or a series of pills. Some people swear by fasting and others say that including a good colon cleanse in your detoxification program is a must. No matter what you choose for a plan, you want to make sure you address the basic organs such as the liver, the kidneys and the colon to be sure to detoxify your whole body at one time as you don’t want any toxins lingering around.

Body detoxification has actually been done for centuries and is quite common in Eastern medicine where fasting is part of the medical regimen. While some people claim a 30 day fast is best, anything more than three days should really be done under the supervision of your doctor as it can be rather dangerous. When fasting, you want to prepare your own juice from fresh organic vegetables. You can’t rely on juice from the store because it is pasteurized and doesn’t have all the vital enzymes, plus you never know what they’re putting in it! Organic is important because you don’t want to juice vegetables that have been slathered in pesticides or you’ll just be drinking in a glass full toxins.

Today, detoxification takes on many forms but most of the herbal programs still use the same herbs that have been proven over the centuries to be effective in detoxification. Colon cleanses are quite popular and they say it’s the best way to remove impacted fecal matter and stored up toxins from your digestive system. Chelation therapy is becoming a popular method of detoxification which helps remove the toxic metals from our body and is said to have promise in helping to remove plaque from your arteries.

No matter which of the ways to detoxify the body you feel is best for you, the important thing to do is to adopt a healthier lifestyle that exposes you to less toxins. Eating organic foods, making sure you use natural soaps and shampoos and installing a good water filter on the water coming into your home will help eliminate some of the toxins are exposed to on a day-to-day basis. Eating healthy foods, exercising, living a healthy lifestyle and embarking on a detox every year will help keep you young, vibrant and healthy.

If you feel you need to lose some pounds and inches, then you don’t have to resort to a diet. Instead, you can make some minor changes to the way that you eat and your lifestyle in order to reach your goals. These type of slimming tips are ones that do not require any major or difficult adjustments.

The following slimming tips can assist you in losing the weight you desire:

1. When you sit down to eat a meal, you need to approach it in a certain way. Be willing to take your time and eat slowly and purposefully. For example, take a small bite and then put down your eating utensil while you chew and swallow. You can also take small sips of water while eating. Give your body the time it needs to register that it has had enough food. If you go out to eat, be aware that the portions restaurants usually give you are much larger than what you need. Ask for a to-go container, and pack up half of the meal to take home and eat later.

2. Don’t restrict any foods from your menu. It is okay to enjoy small portions of any type of food on a limited basis. Don’t make yourself feel as if anything is off limits.

3. One of the most powerful slimming tips is to use visualization techniques in order to help you reach your goal. Think about the doors that will open for you once you feel more confident and comfortable. You can also start planning for a new, more exciting wardrobe.

4. Don’t get discouraged. Even if you have a bad day. Just keep trying. No matter what, time goes on, so you may as well use your time to incorporate slimming tips into your daily routine. After all, one bad day will not spoil all of your other good days.

5. Write down everything that you eat each day. If you can also write down the calories in each food or beverage, that will also be helpful. This diary will help you see exactly what you are eating and how many calories you are consuming.

6. Avoid going food shopping on an empty stomach. This will likely cause you to be tempted to buy foods that you might not otherwise purchase. Remember: If it is not in your pantry, you won’t be tempted to eat it.

7. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Even if you don’t think you can work in a solid 20-30 minutes of exercise per day, studies have shown that 2 or 3 sessions of brisk walking for approximately 10 minutes, at different times of the day can be effective. Consider resistance training to build up your lean muscle mass which will help your body burn calories more efficiently.

8. Don’t be afraid to reward yourself for meeting weight loss milestones. Perhaps when you reach a certain clothing size, you can treat yourself to a new outfit. Be creative with these slimming tips and enjoy them!

For the past 5 years I have been a huge proponent of wheat grass juice. Ever since I was stricken with a very nasty bout of mono, I was turned on to the healing properties of wheat grass juice. My major ailment was fatigue and an inability to fight virus and heal quickly.

I cannot speak highly enough of wheat grass juice in my daily diet. I can literally see and feel a difference when I am not consistent in my intake of this nutrient rich megavitamin shot. My hair is healthier, I am more energized and balanced.

Just how does wheat grass work and what makes wheat grass juice so special?

As a grass, it is rich in chlorophyll and has the ability to concentrate nutrients from its soil. The best type of wheat grass juice is that grown in very rich soils like mineral rich soils.

Its properties are antibacterial and antiseptic in nature. Wheat grass juice can stop unfriendly bacteria from wreaking havoc on your system. This powerful green super food has been known through the ages as a source of health and well being.

Dr. Birscher, a research scientist, called chlorophyll “concentrated sun power.” He said, “chlorophyll increases the function of the heart, affects the vascular system, the intestines, the uterus, and the lungs.”

In the American Journal of Surgery (1940), Benjamin Gruskin, M.D. recommends chlorophyll for its multitude of benefits. The article suggests the following clinical uses for chlorophyll: to clear up foul smelling odors, neutralize Strep infections, heal wounds, hasten skin grafting, cure chronic sinusitis, overcome chronic inner-ear inflammation and infection, reduce varicose veins and heal leg ulcers, eliminate impetigo and other scabby eruptions, heal rectal sores, successfully treat inflammation of the uterine cervix, get rid of parasitic vaginal infections, reduce typhoid fever, and cure advanced pyorrhea in many cases.

Unlimited Benefits of Wheat Grass Juice:

Helps prevent tooth decay

Neutralizes carcinogens

Cleanses blood by removing toxins and harmful chemicals

Detoxes liver, cells, tissue and blood

Lowers high blood pressure

Increases oxygen levels in the blood stream

Most of us already know breakfast is the most important meal of the day… This is especially true when it comes to kids. We need to ensure their little bodies receive nourishing foods to help them grow and thrive.

Here are some healthy, quick breakfast ideas the whole family will enjoy.

Smoothies – Smoothies are certainly a great way to get a good dose of fruit. Chop up some fresh fruit, throw it in the blender and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast. For a heartier breakfast smoothie add some yogurt or a little high-fiber cereal.

Breakfast Muffins – For breakfast try a savory or fruit muffin. For a healthier muffin use whole wheat flour and instead of sugar mash a ripe banana or a little honey into the mixture. Unless you’re an early riser you probably won’t have enough time to make muffins in the morning. Simply make them ahead and either freeze or keep in an air-tight container for a few days.

Wholesome Eggs - Eggs are very versatile and most kids enjoy them. Try a ham omelet with a little cheese or scrambled eggs with chopped tomatoes. Try a prepare-ahead breakfast casserole for a hearty family breakfast.

Don’t Forget the Oatmeal – Making your own oatmeal is much healthier than the flavored instant packets. Cook up according to packet instructions and add a little fruit for extra flavor.

Healthy Breakfast Bar – Make up a batch of healthy breakfast bars the day before and use them for a quick, on-the-go breakfast. Use a low-sugar recipe and include lots of healthy dried fruits.

Fantastic Fruit Salad – Serve a chopped fruit salad with a yogurt dip. Mini muffins are delicious dipped in yogurt too.

Breakfast Burrito - Scramble some eggs and place them in a tortilla with chopped tomatoes, a little grated cheese, ham or other favorite toppings… roll up and enjoy a yummy breakfast burrito.

Spruce up your Toast – Try whole wheat bread and serve with peanut butter and sliced bananas, cream cheese and raisins (sprinkle a little cinnamon on top), or cream cheese and a fruit jam (pure, no-sugar added jam is best).

Pizza for Breakfast – Why not? split a couple of English muffins in half, top with a little pizza sauce, grated cheese and some chopped ham or even eggs. Place under the grill for a few minutes and you have a nutritious breakfast pizza. You can make bagel pizzas too.

Those are just a few healthy breakfast ideas to help keep things interesting. And don’t forget parents need breakfast too… we’re usually so busy looking after the kids, we end up skipping breakfast ourselves. Here’s a trick we use quite often in our house.

Take a selection of dried fruits, nuts, and seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.) and mix together in a bowl. Then place a handful or two of the mix into individual plastic bags.

So even on the busiest of mornings you just grab a bag on the way out. This makes a great on-the-go healthy breakfast idea.

Alternatively, you can now prepare a cup of ITO I-Mu Nutrimeal, a complete breakfast packed with different nutrients within a minute for your whole family.

Dealing with depression means taking control of a condition which can often seem to control our lives.

The very first step in dealing with depression is to acknowledge the fact that the way we are feeling is more than just ‘the blues.’

Once we can recognize that we are suffering from a genuine medical condition, we can start figuring out the causes of depression and how to manage it.

Contrary to popular belief, depression is not all in our minds. It is a very real medical disorder, caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. We can no more ‘snap out of’ depression than someone can snap out of diabetes.

When we can accept that we are suffering from a medical condition, and it absolutely does not mean that we are weak or crazy, we can focus our energy on dealing with depression.

In my goal of learning to live a happy, healthy life with depression, I have found that there are five things that helped me greatly in gaining control of my condition.

The first was medication. Don’t be afraid of taking medication if it is prescribed for you. People willingly take medicine for high blood pressure and asthma, but balk at antidepressants. This is another sign of our incorrect belief that we should be able to control depression with will-power.

Taking medication allowed me to face my depression and its effects on my life from a level playing field. By correcting my serotonin imbalance which is the medical cause of depression, I was able to deal with the causes and effects of depression without the intensity of emotions clouding my judgment.

The next step was therapy, which is something I have continued at various times that life circumstances made me feel that I could use some help in dealing with depression. I am very much in favor of therapy. I could not have pulled myself up by my bootstraps, and I see no need to struggle trying.

Asking for help when it is needed is a sign of empowerment not weakness. It means taking control of your own future happiness by getting what you need, rather than passively waiting for a miracle, or needlessly struggling to do it all alone.

While talking to an objective professional can be extremely helpful, it is also important to get support from people you are close to. Confiding in a close friend or family member can help in many ways. A problem shared always seems to become less of a burden. A friend can offer encouragement and help you to keep things in perspective.

Perhaps you can also help them to understand what you are going through. For anyone who hasn’t experienced depression, it is very difficult to understand the intensity of what we go through.

Another important source of support is from people who do understand what you are feeling. Depression can be very isolating, even though it is a condition shared by millions of people. We sometimes feel that we are alone, but this is far from the truth.

Support is available through groups and forums, as well as reading articles and books. My bedside collection of self-help books is one of my most treasured possessions, and I can always find encouragement at my fingertips. I have found ‘The Zen Path through Depression’ by Philip Martin, and ‘Undoing Depression’ by Richard O’Connor, to be of particular help.

My quest to handle depression and the shame I felt at my condition also led me to write my own book, ‘Freedom from Shame; Overcoming the Stigma of Depression.’

The fifth very beneficial thing we can do to help ourselves is exercise. Exercise encourages feel-good, depression-fighting endorphins to be released into the body, helping to counteract the effects of our condition. Exercise is the closest thing to a healthy ‘high’ you can get.

I know that in the depths of depression, dragging yourself out of bed can seem impossible enough, let alone to the gym or such. Once you start receiving treatment though, and the worst stage passes, exercising, even gently, can greatly assist your progress.

Finally, be gentle and patient with yourself. Amazing improvement can be made in effect of depression on your life. The frequency and severity of episodes of depression can be greatly reduced with correct treatment and management. It takes time though, and persistence.

During an episode of depression, however, all you can do, aside from seeking help, is to be kind and tolerant with yourself. Try to remember that you have felt better in the past, and you will feel better again. While you are suffering, try to take things easy, and rest as much as you can. Remember that you are unwell. You have the emotional equivalent of a terrible case of the flu.

Health and happiness are possible, no matter how unlikely that may seem at times when you are dealing with depression. Just hang in there, and you can reach the light at the end of the tunnel.

Men are subject to a few diseases which are specific to their gender. Prostate disorder, stroke and heart diseases are just a few that occur often in men.

Cardiovascular diseases include disorders like hypertension (HBP), dyslipidaemia (cholesterol deposits agina etc.)

Stroke occurs when there is a sudden blockage of the blood flow towards the brain. Sometimes the blood vessels are ruptured which then also lead to the patient having a stroke.

Because heart disease and stroke are linked, doctors always test for both as one may influence the other.

The factors that can lead to a stroke or other heart disease include:
Age, smoking, gender, Diabetes, genetics, physical activity and a few other factors.

Looking at the risk factors, it is obvious that changing some of these factors can reduce or eliminate the risk. Lifestyle changes to consider are:

Quit smoking

Do regular exercise

Eat balanced diets

Maintain weight.

Prostate disorders normally come from ageing—the older a man gets, the more likely he is to experience prostate problems.

There are several prostate disorders that may arise in men like BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), inflammation and cancer.

As all these disorders have nearly the same symptoms, they should all be referred to a Urologist.

Burning pain when urinating

Pelvic or abdominal pain

Frequent urination

Dribbling

Impotence

Bloode not emptying

Inability to urinate.

In severe case when blood is visible in the urine, it may be a sign of early cancer and patients should see a Urologist immediately. In fact, for any of these suspected cases, a Urologist or GP must be consulted.

Men should be aware that these diseases are typical to their gender and should not be taken lightly. If in doubt, speak to your GP.

There is no harm in earning extra income. Who would mind having a little extra cash to spend, to indulge in your loved ones or just to save up for a rainy day? However, in the present economic situation, it is already counted a blessing not to lose your present job. While you are stuck in your every day job, it is impossible to find the time to earn extra money right? Wrong!

One good alternative of earning a side income while still holding on to full time job would be to venture into multi-level marketing (MLM), a form of direct sales. With advancements in technology and increasing usage of the Internet, a lot of MLM companies now conduct most of their businesses online. This simplifies the job of the MLM distributors and gives them more time to focus on other things apart from selling products. One of the MLM companies that are involved in e-commerce trade is of course, EasyPha-Max, the largest global herbal health care website in the Internet.

In this part, we will be discussing about the second starter package available under the Microcredit Entrepreneur Programme (MEP) by EasyPha-Max. This package is called the Family Pack (FP) and it costs RM7,500. It gives the FP member 7,500 EP points and seven accounts of Consumer Card (CC) which enables the FP member to start recruiting new members and grow his or her business faster.

At the same time, if a FP member manages to sign two new members within the first 30 days of joining this Family Pack membership, that FP member is entitled to 11,250EP points and a cash bonus of RM800. This means, the FP member actually rebates his initial invested capital in the form of EP points and even receive extra cash in return! Every additional member that is introduced by the FP member brings additional 3,750 EP points.

Last but not least, there is also a Bingo bonus of RM30,000 cash for every FP member that manages to recruit a family of 30 persons!
